Our Comprehensive Program
The CRMC Lifestyle Management Program is a multidisciplinary approach to weight
loss surgery. Please read about what makes our comprehensive program unique: the CRMC Lifestyle Management Program.
Our weight loss surgery program is based on the philosophy that providing the
best possible surgical services is only one important aspect of the CRMC Lifestyles
Management comprehensive program. We understand that surgery alone does not
produce success. It takes a commitment from the patient to use the
surgical "tool" that weight loss surgery provides. It takes a
program of education and support you will find through the CRMC Lifestyle Management
Program.
We recognize that long-term patient success
requires:
- Effective pre-operative patient education and resources.
- State-of-the-art minimally invasive surgery.
- Safety. Providing surgery as safely as possible, recognizing that
the program must educate and help the patient understand that they have a
significant role in helping to avoid complications.
- Availability and expertise of our team members including the
surgeons.
- Genuinely accessible and practical long-term patient resources and
support.
We do not consider you a success until you are a long-term success.
